The temptation to completely check out is REAL. This is a long haul within a long haul within a long haul. We need every one of us.

And we don’t all need to be operating at full blast all of the time. [This is impossible! I know you know.]

As A L W A Y S, creativity is a beacon and buoy helping me come up for air. I’m scoring my first feature-length film and my kid is newly in full-time pre-school [leaps and shouts from this 40 year old body who has been at it for years / is just beginning]. I took the train to New York on Sunday and got to see a screening of OUTCRY: Alchemists of Rage, the short-doc featuring my music [!!], at the Athena Film Festival.
